Try before you buy

Recito has a free trial with every feature except audiobook export: 30 minutes of listening a day, with no account. Please use it to check that Recito works for you and your books before you buy Recito Pro.

Purchases are final

Recito Pro is a one-time digital purchase. Once your license key has been delivered, the purchase is final and we do not give refunds for a change of mind, except where the law requires it.

When you are entitled to a refund

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. In particular:

• if you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra charge;
• if your license key never arrived or cannot be activated and we cannot fix it, we refund the purchase;
• if Recito does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you have the remedies the law gives you, which can include a refund;
• if you are a consumer in the European Union or another country that gives a right to withdraw from online purchases: that right ends once delivery of the digital content starts with your express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose it. Where that consent was not given, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order number and what went wrong. Refunds are paid by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated.
